Condition Requirements

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from stains, odours, makeup, or pet hair
• Returned in original condition with all tags attached
• Packed in the original packaging when possible

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour?

We’ll do our best to accommodate exchange requests based on item availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear after approval.
